LK Wellness is the ongoing story of how I took my passion for the mind-body connection and not only used it to heal my own health issues, but how it has inspired me to change the direction of my life. Now I teach others that they can take charge of their own health too.

I’m no sage and I won’t pretend to have all the answers. I make mistakes, I experience anxiety and self-doubt, just like the rest of humanity.

But my commitment is to bring you the very best of my skills and knowledge, and keep it real and honest as I go. So please don’t expect perfect polish (I’m just being myself), but do expect thought-provoking ideas, knowledge based articles, stress busting tools, engaging videos and an unwavering devotion to help you live your most expansive, healthy and meaningful life.

I attended the University of Western Ontario, and the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I’m a Holistic Nutritionist and Natural Health Specialist. I am certified as a Rehabilitation Therapist in Traumatic Brain Injury through Brock University. I’ve also received additional training in bio-feedback testing, Thought Field Therapy (TFT), mindfulness meditation, Reiki, and a powerful energy based approach called Bio-Energetic Resonance (BER).

I recognize that you and I are multidimensional beings and so you need the WHOLE you looked after. I’ll be helping you do that.

Managing all the different forms of stress effectively is THE BIGGEST factor in you living your very best life.

It all comes down to LOVE. I know cheesy. When you’re showing yourself some love and kindness, you’ll be set up to beam that light towards everyone you meet. That’s life changing.

I really love nature and animals. I do NOT force feed my love of tree hugging, but it influences how I work and the information I provide.

We’ve got one life to live and one planet to live it on. I for one wish to leave it for the next generations to flourish.
